Website Terms & Conditions

• One-time setup fee: Covers bespoke design, layout buildout and site launch.
• Monthly hosting ($49/mo): Keeps your website online, secure, fast and backed up daily.
• No long-term contracts: There is zero monthly commitment. Cancel hosting whenever you want.

Setup fees are paid once before work begins and are non-refundable once design starts.

Hosting is a separate fee from setup. Your first $49 month is charged on your sign-up day along with the $200 setup fee ($249 total that day), then $49 on the same date every month.

Websites require cloud server hosting to stay live on the internet. Your hosting covers:

• High-speed cloud server hosting
• SSL security certificate (HTTPS)
• Automated daily website backups
• 24/7 uptime & security monitoring
• Ongoing hosting server support
• System updates & performance upkeep

What hosting does not include

Hosting keeps your server connected — it does not include design labor or copy edits. Excluded: writing new copy, redesigning pages, building new pages, graphic / logo design.

• Days 1–14 unpaid: Your site stays live while automated email reminders are sent.
• Day 15 unpaid: Site access is temporarily paused with a holding notice until brought current.
• 60 days unpaid: Unpaid websites are erased from active cloud servers.
• 60–120 days: An offline backup is kept in cold storage for up to 120 days.
• Day 121+: Offline backups are permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

Mandatory $175 restoral fee. If your site is erased at 60 days and you request restoration within the 120-day limit, a non-negotiable $175 restoral fee plus any past-due hosting balances must be paid in full to restore and re-publish your site.

• Fast turnaround: Initial drafts are delivered in 3 to 5 business days after you send copy, photos and logo.
• 2 free rounds of edits: Refine text, colors and layout during production before launch.
• Post-launch changes: Edits after your site is approved and published can be ordered anytime as add-ons.

Optional upgrades ordered whenever you need them, billed separately from your $49/mo hosting plan. They are never required to keep your hosting active.

• You own your domain: Your domain name belongs 100% to you from day one.
• You own your content: You own all custom text, logos and images provided for your site.
• Leaving unmatte™: You can move your domain or hosting to another provider at any time. If you require us to package your files or transfer your domain away, a standard $45 transfer administrative fee applies.

• Automatic billing: Monthly hosting ($49/mo) is a separate fee from setup. Your first month is charged on your sign-up day together with the $200 setup fee, then it recurs automatically on that same date each month, charged to the card you keep on file.
• Cancel anytime: Cancel monthly hosting whenever you want from your account — zero cancellation fees or penalties on the hosting plan itself.
• Your domain when you cancel: Cancelling stops the $49/mo plan, but your domain still has to live somewhere. You choose one of two options at cancellation: pay a one-time $45 transfer fee and we package your files and release your domain to the host of your choice, or keep your domain stored with us for $19 per month until you move it.
• No refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. Hosting is non-refundable for active billing periods.
• Add-ons are paid up front: À la carte add-ons are paid at the time of ordering. Once payment clears, an agent takes care of your request within 72 hours.

You can cancel and settle your domain at any time from your Hub account or your private project page — both complete instantly, no email required.
